IN SEARCH OF THE PERFECT COLOUR
Each landscape and culture is shaped by its colours. Nevertheless, finding the right colours within this great variety is not that easy. For several years the artist Lars Contzen has been travelling in his caravan, the “Colour Search Van”, across Europe looking for the ideal moments of natural light to discover the tones of nature. Lars Contzen captures these moments in his photographs. Directly on-site he uses them to mix paint very carefully by hand until he recreates the exact colour shade. These colours are the base for the high quality colourcourage® wall paint.
