Sandy beaches, a place of longing. For us it represents freedom and carelessness. It is not without reason that tourists collect sand from the beaches and place it in bottles to take it back home. Set up next to each other you quickly notice: not every beach in Europe has the same colour or texture. The sand of French beaches is characterized by it‘s fineness and light beige colour. Yet, over large parts of France, the colour and graining of the sand is equally beautiful. One shade captures this fascination for Lars Contzen. It is SABLES DE FRANCE.
SABLES DE FRANCE is a very natural shade of sand. It can be applied throughout the room easily. I may also be combined with other shades, though. In combination with ICED SURPRISE connotations of landscapes arise. With SALT RED as a spot colour used sparingly, it is possible to set selective accents. White door or window frames stand out against SABLES DE FRANCE elegantly.
